Hi there! What can I tell you about me? My name is Teresa Sanderson, also known as Tess, and I live in rural South Lincolnshire. I am a fun loving lady and whilst I suffer from a couple of auto immune diseases, these are only part of who I am and do not define me. My life path has been full of twists and turns, dealing with lipoedema, fibromyalgia, arthiritis and some permanent injuries, all of which limit my mobility and give me constant pain. I am a firm believer that we must take every opportunity to improve our lot and help ourselves, and for me, Laughter Yoga helps with that.
I have a background in Development and Training and have also undertaken combined roles with PA and Administration work as well. I have always had an interest in the holistic side of well-being, which has increased in recent years and I believe it can work well in tandem with traditional medicine.
I had been looking for some time for an exercise that was accessible to me, when I finally came across Laughter Yoga, I was thrilled to find it was just what I needed in my life in so many ways. I qualified in 2017 as a Laughter Yoga Club Leader and love to share this activity with others. With local clubs on the horizon and some conferences and networking events already done, I am looking to further expand my corporate work as well as working in care homes social groups, health support groups and other locations.
I also undertake Workshops aligned with self development and self care - take a look at the Workshops page for information and look out for dates on those coming in the New Year of 2019.
Whilst I expect to work in the local area, I am open to consider work outside of the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire areas, providing expenses are covered - please contact me for fees.
