Workshops are stand alone sessions or half / full days made up of single topics that link to self care & development.
Workshops planned for 2019 include:
- Laughter Yoga & Essential Oils combined - each participant will receive a free essential oil and tea/coffee/biscuits will be supplied. Length of Workshop 90-120 minutes.
- Vision Boards - the chance to put together your own vision board for a variety of topics, including Happiness, Aspirations, and Career Path. Materials supplied but you are asked to bring anything personal you would like to add to your board and any old magazines etc that may be useful for your content. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits supplied. Length of Workshop 3 hours. What is a Vision Board? - it is a great way to help you narrow down your aspirations and desires through choosing images that represent them. Manifesting what you want by using the images on your board - and visulising what you want in relation to personal life, career, even in planning an event is a great way to clarify a situation and a goal. We don't often give ourselves the time to do this - my workshop is the perfect way to help you gain that visualisation and will constantly remind you of your life goals. Why not invest in you?
- Essential oils & Meditation - each participant will receive a free essential oil and tea/coffee/biscuits will be supplied. Length of Workshop 90-120 minutes. Essential oils provide so many answers to modern day issues - health, household and more. Do you have sleep, digestive or hormonal issues? Come and find out the benefits of essential oils and combine it with some me time - some meditation and relaxation.
- Full Day Combination Course - Vision Boards, Laughter Yoga and Essential Oils. As well as the usual free essential oil gift we will have a light sandwich lunch plus tea,coffee and water supplied throughout the day. All of the activities rolled in to one day with a chance to learn, participate, chat and leave with a Vision Board.
- Laughter Yoga Club - Stand alone laughter yoga - Full term of 8 classes. Each session lasts 45-60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your water drinking cup - water will be available. Laughter yoga is a combination of laughter & breathing exercises,playfulness, singing and a wonderful meditation / relaxation exercise at the end - great way to build coping strategies to deal with life's stresses. Plus the results are almost instant!
