It is a programme over 8 weeks, which is an indispensable toolbox to stimulate positivity and a new perspective. The programme can be conducted privately for individuals on mutually agreed dates.
- Hasyayoga / Laughter Yoga, incorporating Yoga Breathing, Laughter Exercises, Gentle Movement & Meditation. An excellent way to build resilience, with coping strategies for anxiety &, stress, improving concentration & productivity, regulates sleep, maintains hearth health & general wellbeing. For the Workplace and beyond. All activity is inclusive, and can be done seated or standing.
- Workshops, Meditation, Laughter Coaching and Life Coaching etc. are all available to enable you to reach your full potential and live your best life.
