There are various types of workshops that I can run to meet your need – here are a couple of examples:
Focus on Fun – Mindfulness exercises that you can use in the workplace, resilience building and Laughter Yoga Techniques.
Planning & Plotting – with vision / action boards. The aim is to complete a vision board / action map by the end of the workshop – can be about a work issue, career path, team building, aspirations. Space to think, plan, try techniques to relax and re-energise and complete mind process exercises as well as practical time putting the board together. 5-6 hours
Other Training Solutions
I also partner with other qualified training professionals and can add extra sessions via a recommended / appropriate trainer fincluding a wide variety of workplace courses, (skill based Managing Staff, Difficult Conversations, Resilience, Mentoring, Mental Health First Aid or well being with traditional yoga etc.)
