Bookings:
Bookings accepted via phone or email but must be confirmed via email please.
All bookings secured with a £50 non refundable deposit.
Payment for services due 7 days before your booked event please.

Cancellation Fees
A minimum of 72 hours is required to cancel an event. Please note that weekends do not count, cancellation notice is classed as Mon - Fri, normal working week days. If possible we will rebook a new date for you. However, Cancellation fees are triggered at the following points:

72 hours - 25% of fee
48 hours - 50% of fee
24 hours or less - Full payment required.
​All Invoices to be settled as per the terms on the invoice. 
​Payment is required in advance of, or at the time of, the event, unless you are contracting a series of workshops.
