Cancellation Fees
A minimum of 72 hours is required to cancel an event. Please note that weekends do not count, cancellation notice is classed as Mon - Fri, normal working week days. If possible we will rebook a new date for you. However, Cancellation fees are triggered at the following points:
72 hours - 25% of fee
48 hours - 50% of fee
24 hours or less - Full payment required.
All Invoices to be settled as per the terms on the invoice.
Payment is required in advance of, or at the time of, the event, unless you are contracting a series of workshops.
